If there’s one item you need living in Jersey/NYC, it’s a jacket.  I’m perpetually on a search for stylish ones, because for the most part I’m not a fan.  I fell in love with this floral jacket on a shopping spree the day before and immediately had to have it.  Last weekend I was walking around in shorts, this weekend I was freezing and putting my new jacket to use.  Go Figure.

Our trip to the city today was to celebrate Mother’s Day.  We went to a lovely brunch at the Mesa Grill.  I actually didn’t even know until today that they did brunch, but it was fabulous and I highly recommend.  However, even more than brunch, I think her favorite part of the day had to be getting new David Yurman earrings.  Yes, this blonde fashionista is jealous!
